Dexmehtasone and local anesthetics in carpal tunnel syndrome

Active Comparator: Insulin group

insulin added to dexamehtasone and local anesthetics

sonar guided insulin combined with dexamethasone and local anesthetics

    1. pain neuropathy [12 weeks]

      relief chronic pain from caroal tunnel
