    18 Years and Older
    Sexes Eligible for Study:
    All
    Inclusion Criteria:
    • Adult years (18+), living at home

    • Meets clinical/RDC criteria for chronic insomnia

    Exclusion Criteria:
    • Deteriorating health

    • Untreated major mental disorder
