Inclusion Criteria:
  • age>18

  • pemphigus corticoresistant

  • pemphigus cortico dependant

  • contre-indications : systémic steroids

Exclusion Criteria:
  • age < 18

  • cardiopathie

  • pregnant woman

  • absence contraception

  • no consentment
