- Cases with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated by PVR grade C
Exclusion Criteria:

History of pars plana vitrectomy for PVR grade C

History of silicone oil injection

History of ocular trauma

Diabetic retinopathy

Glaucoma

Giant retinal tear
