Inclusion Criteria:
- Cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated by PVR grade C undergoing vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade.
Exclusion Criteria:

History of trauma

Presence of diabetic retinopathy

History of vein occlusion

Giant retinal tear
